The cleaning was almost perfect. The most important thing I appreciated was how close the metro stop is, just walk across the street! I left there with nothing but positive emotions and I can't wait to come back to Paris and stay again at Zoku!

Fully accommodated and beautifully decorated! The beds were great - even the one of the convertible couch. The building had the cutest little lift - so perfect for moving your luggage. Despite the fact that the appartment is located in a busy area, it is very quiet and soundproof. In the neighbourhood there are plenty of good restaurants, supermarkets and shops so you’ll have everything you need at hand. The Louvre, Samaritaine, Galeries Vivienne, Palais Royal, …) are all at walking distance. Public transport is also nearby (metro station Les Halles just across the road).

The proprietor met us at check-in, explained the area, the amenities in the room and hotel, and offered us any help we needed. The room was well-stocked on our arrival - sodas, water, juice, and snacks in the fridge, an ample supply of espresso pods for the machine, sugar/salt/spices in the kitchen, good-quality cookware, and soap/shampoo/body wash in the bathrooms. The three air conditioning units worked well, keeping the place nice and cool, and the curtains were thick enough to block the sunlight when we wanted. The wrap-around balconies were a nice touch, providing a nice vantage point over the area. The hotel is modern - nice elevator, nice room with plenty of cabinet space, spacious showers, an in-room safe, etc. It really feels like a high-end boutique hotel, and the daily room service was a welcome change from what we're seeing most places these days. Most mornings and evenings, the proprietor was in the lobby, available to answer any questions we had and provide additional information about the places we were about to visit. It's clear that he really understands the hospitality industry, and it shows. The location was also convenient - a metro stop nearby, a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurant options, and nearby grocery stores and laundry facilities.

Set in a renovated, historic building, it offers large, self-catering accommodation with views over the Eiffel Tower. The location was fantastic and the apartment was absolutely gorgeous.
