A compact apartment with comfortable bedding. The location was very convenient if a view is not important to you. Short walking distance to shops, beach, clubs, eating places. The owner handled our complaint promptly and as well as he could under our circumstance.

You'll love Mooloolaba as we do. What a great location.
You'll love Mooloolaba as we do. What a great location. Stay somewhere in close proximity to the beach.
If you're an LGBTQIA+ Traveller, we can't recommend The Landmark Resort as we had a very unpleasant HOMOPHOBIC experience with a Senior Staff Member (Front of House) May 2023 and wrote to the General Manager. We Received No Response. After several stays, will not stay there again.
COCO Mooloolaba is worth a stay. Good place.

We have been visiting Mooloolaba for many many years and we plan to keep returning. Beautiful, family friendly beaches, with easy walking along the beach front up to Maroochydore and out along the spit. It is also great for surfing, boating and fishing. Easy ccess to a range of shops, cafes and restaurants.

You will not regret holidaying in Mooloolaba.
You will not regret holidaying in Mooloolaba. It has everything you could want in a holiday spot. Great shopping, seafood, cafe's, restaurants, coffee shops, ice-cream. It has playgrounds, canal cruises, Sea Life, the Marina and it is not far from bigger shopping centers if required. You can drive up the mountain and explore Maleny, go to the Eumundi Markets, explore Noosa all just a short drive, otherwise relax at the beach and watch the kids play, swim and look for crabs. Such a beautiful part of our country.

pretty town not far from most amenities, plenty of walks along the water front, plenty of shops to look at. Coles just down the road along with take away outlets.
easy to get around, just would not stay at particular accommodation again.

Great coastal vibe.
Great coastal vibe. We stayed on the esplanade which has lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. There were some greatlittle boutiques to spend a rainy afternoon in.
Mooloolaba Surf Club is a fabulous spot to eat or have a drink while enjoying the beach and ocean views.
The waterfront has really good walking paths and early morning walks are an awesome start to the day.
The marina has a good array of fresh seafood straight off the trawlers. Even the Sea Life Aquarium was within easy walking distance. There was a swimming event along the beach which was great to watch and cost nothing.

We absolutely love Mooloolaba, the convenience with the shops below for retail and food. Disappointed by how early the restaurants shut and nowhere to get a coffee after 5. Ice- cream shops are open later but would be awesome to get a coffee to match. :-)
We love the big playground just across the road and Coles is a short stroll as well.
The receptionist Zoe went above and beyond to assist us on the first couple of days, then there were different staff on reception but they too were approachable.
Location was perfect with the views of the ocean. Room had everything that we need for our 5 night stay.
There was no service during our stay but if we needed anything we just had to ask reception.
The Mantra Zanzibar perhaps just needs updating but will definatly stay there again.
Location is pretty perfect near the entrance to the main esplanade shops. Apartment (301) was nicely decorated and most furniture and blankets seemed relatively new.
The pool was warm enough for swimming even in the middle of winter, and the spa was kept warm too 👍🏻
Coles supermarket is just across the road, and beach with awesome playground for small kids is 2 minute walk.
Was really confined space . Overcharged for a hostel room I could not get over how uncomfortable the bed was and we have stayed in many hostels.
The social area closes way to early to even get chatting with anyone I wouldn’t recommend staying here we got a 5 star hotel for 200$ a night and paid $160 a night for this not worth the money you need to lower your price
We stayed at Sailport for the weekend and we loved it. The apartment was spacious, the location is directly across the road from Mooloolaba Wharf. It’s only a street back from the esplanade and not far to the beach and other Sunshine Coast locations. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. Cannot fault our stay.
Awesome property with excellent accommodation for a large family or families sharing. Facilities and space are fantastic, and the tvs, games and general feel of the place made for a really great stay. Pool, outlook and proximity to Mooloolaba Esplanade and Beach makes it an ideal place for a relaxing break.
Perfect for families. Much cheaper than most apartments in Mooloolaba. Great pool (and toddler pool & spa), lifts, walk-in shower, comfy beds, balcony, washing machine & dryer. Very close (less than one block) to beach, shops, cafes & surf club. Games room & gym. Underground secure carpark.
Location was perfect for us. While not on the beach, it was only a quick walk away. Close to shops and to the wharf precinct also. Very quiet and unit was a good size and very comfortable. Pool was a good size and nice to come back to after a day at the beach.
lovely big clean apartment. good amenities with washing dryer facilities. good location to the beach and Mooloolaba esplanade. quite noisy with the road traffic. great to be able to be in the kitchen or dining room or couch and to be able to see the ocean.
This hotel is absolutely stunning. The room was fresh, up to date and extremely comfortable both the beds and pillows. All the linen and towels were of a high quality.
We had a bassinet delivered to the hotel, it was placed in our room upon arrival.
Fantastic location right on the Esplanade. Resort has terrific facilities, gym, 2 spas, sauna, great pool. I like to stay here midweek when the prices are lower and I treat myself to a trip here a couple of times a year.
Mary the manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Bed was comfy. The hotel was a reasonable walking distance to the centre of Mooloolaba and very close to the bowls club.
Location is great and easy walk along the river to Mooloolaba Wharf and Beach. Approx: 9 min and mostly flat .. The Esplanade is home to great shopping and dining.
Amazing views and being right on the beachfront made it so easy to enjoy the beach and surrounding areas. Big apartment and lovely hosts. Great place for families.
beachfront. so close to restaurants. wonderful office staff. we were offered by phone an early check which was fabulous as we had arrived into Mooloolaba already.
