It was better than expected.👍Dyan was enthusiastic and warm-hearted. She introduced the facilities in the room as soon as we entered and prepared afternoon tea. The breakfast the next morning was even more amazing, with fresh fruit salad, delicious handmade muffins and coffee. Thank you very much Dyan for leaving us with wonderful memories.🤝

The property said it was in Oneroa, but was actually a few kms out of town. Bus was convenient though.
Fenice and the Waiheke Grocer we’re both fabulous. Got a bargain at the Recycle Boutique. Cyclone prevented beach time, but had a lovely massage come to us (Inner Spring). Even in bad weather Waiheke was fun and beautiful

There are several excellent restaurants and many wonderful wineries on the island, which we recommend.

Great place to visit, lots to do & see.
Great place to visit, lots to do & see. Earlier in the week a number of places closed due to Covid as they can't get the staff. Closer to the weekend more places open. Enjoyed lots of Cellar Door tastings & took lots of wine home to stock our cellar.

nice village, bigger than I had realised from internet/brochures. 1st time visit.
Variety of shops - food & clothes & souvenirs, Not just for tourists but locals too.
easy to get about on foot. very near beach & sea.
Plenty nice restaurants - good variety of food choices.
nearby wineries i did not get to.
Our stay at Cable Bay Views was great. The studio was spacious and clean, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The stunning view added an extra touch of beauty to our experience. While the location had a few challenges, such as being a 25-minute walk from Oneroa village and the absence of a nearby bus stop, these were minor inconveniences that didn't significantly impact our overall enjoyment, especially being also close to well-known wineries like Mudbrick and Cable Bay (3-5min walk).
We had a lovely time at the lodge - we stayed over the Christmas holiday and were treated like family by Andy and Pip. The ability to borrow a car or e-bikes as well as have a great backyard to hang out in made it an easy place to relax and enjoy our downtime between beaches and wineries. The breakfast and honor bar were a really nice touch.
It was a terrific location for the beach, for hiking trails, restaurants, and to catch the different buses around the island. It had everything we need, including a washer. Tracy was a great manager, and was very quick to come and fix the Wi-Fi and also get me my e-reader that I had left behind.
everything from start to finish!
Hayley is a godsend and made it so easy to stay and even help me stay an extra night when i had a cancellation. would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat :) great value and location to the beach and shops. not far from ferry and walks either
The setting was lovely.
Having a private balcony was a bonus.
The location was great- close to the beach and Oneroa Village, yet secluded.
Dianne was an excellent host.
Breakfast was amazing and the afternoon teas were superb- fresh home baking.
A very relaxing place to stay.
Our room was lovely and tidy and it was a comfortable bed. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and Oneroa village. The bus stop was close by and took us right to some wineries. Our host was amazing and went out his way to make our stay enjoyable.
Our second time staying at Jake's place.
The accommodation is clean, comfortable, in a great location within a short walk to Oneroa beach and village and it has a lovely water view.
Heather and Alistair are fabulous hosts and make you feel very welcome.
The bed was so comfy and decor lovely. Tracy was in contact and clear with her instructions and flexible so that we could check in earlier. Lots of extras were included - torches, robes, beach bag, towels, books, music - it was fab :)
The apartment was a very easy walk to the village, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The free drinks/snacks were unexpected and most welcome. The host also went out of their way to drive me back to the ferry on leaving.
great location very near the village shops of Oneroa. easy walking around. Lovely deck for coffee. everything you needed in the house ie crockery etc, . extras in the laundry to make it more home from home.
This place was better than the photos show. Excellent location to Oneroa village. Loved sitting on the verandah, looking at the bay drinking beautiful NZ wine. The apartment has everthing you need.
Great location. Lovely Private Garden. 10 minutes walk to Oneroa Village and Beach.
Josie & Wayne went out of their way to make our stay a special one. Highly Recommend.

Quiet, modern and private! We loved our stay in Oneroa. The huge windows/doors just lapped in the afternoon sun and the view over the vineyard was just fantastic.
What a great wee place. Incredibly handy to Oneroa village shops and cafes. Comfy beds and living room area. Beautiful outside area. Would definitely book again.
Fantastic location to Oneroa Village & beach also perfect for the winery wedding we were attending. Lovely comfortable home. Great deck and outdoor areas.
